THE WALKER MEADOW ASSOCIATION
Residents elect a Board of Trustees consisting of five of their neighbors. By careful budgeting of the maintenance requirements and strict attention to spending, Walker Meadow is in excellent present and future financial condition. The Trustees also maintain and enforce beneficial Rules and Regulations that assure a high level of care to the Common Area and quality of life. These Rules and Regulations apply equally to all residents and correlate to the General Laws of Massachusetts 183A, the Master Deed, and the Declaration of Trust.

THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
A professional condominium property management company is employed by the Association to manage collection of monthly fees, and monitor sub-contractors for general maintenance or repair of the common grounds and buildings as required. They are also responsible, with the guidance of the Trustees, for the day to day administration of Association affairs, enforcement of rules, and implementation of policy. The property manager for Walker Meadow is Janek Property Management.  Please call Janek at 1.508.528.3500 if you have any questions.
